![]() Out looking for the Cherry Blossom Festival near Nago. Never did find it I we had no idea where it was, but I did find this park that had a few cherry trees in it, they are sort of rather short though. |
![]() Still looking for that doggone Cherry Blossom Festival. This road was lined for miles with cherry trees as it wound its way through the rough terrain of the Okinawa mountains. |
![]() Still winding our way along the mountain road, this day there were many people driving on this road that for lack of its cherry trees I'm sure it would have been nearly void of cars as there was little else to draw attention to it, unless of course like me you just like driving on twisty windy mountain roads. |
![]() Guess what kind of tree this is, just go ahead and guess, I bet you cant get it. It just seemed like a lovely shot to me, drat them darn power lines, I swear I didn't see them when I took the picture. |
![]() This is the same park as above, no cherry trees, but a really nice park, I spent better than an hour walking the trails before I decided to look for the Cherry Blossom Festival again. |
![]() I really have no idea what this building is supposed to be for but I wanted my picture taken in front of it still not cherry blossom festival here though. |

![]() This tree is located at the top of a castle ruins near Naha city, the tree captured my attention because the whole thing is just one large intertwined tree with hundreds of trunks. |
![]() Part of Naha the largest city on Okinawa, picture taken from an old castle ruins park. |
