Married Herman A. Walter on September 01, 1922 at the Lutheran Church Pontiac, Oakland Michigan. They had seven children Karl Walter, Esther (Walter) Abeare, Homer Walter, Beatrice (Walter) George , Evelyn (Walter) Edwards, Frances Walter, and Herman August Walter Jr. Widowed by Herman A. Walter, a veteran of the Red Arrow Division, 125th Infantry WWI, on May 11, 1951. Remarried to Benjamin Bronson who passed away in the 1960s. Iola and Benjamin had no children together. |
